BASIC Goddess Oil supports all aspects of being a goddess, including the glorious side affects of hormonal changes, such as: cramps, headaches, irritability, bloating, night sweats, and hot flashes. Using a little oil on your neck and chest daily helps to balance hormones so the swing shifts aren’t so severe. Simply add it to your morning routine to help you feel relaxed, confident, and nurtured as you start your day. When you’re having symptoms of hormonal shifts, take several deep inhales of the oil, rub it on your neck, chest, temples, and back of the neck. Rub the oil directly on the abdomen for cramps and bloating.
The Goddess Oil can also be used as a head-to-toe daily moisturizer.
It nourishes and hydrates the skin, improves skin tone, reduces the appearance of cellulite, promotes detoxification, and soothes aching or sore muscles and joints.
